Mary Ferguson

I am a homeowner in the city of Marathon, which is centrally located in the middle of the Florida Keys. I'm also a member of the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtors. One benefit of me living full time in Marathon means it's easy access to properties in both the Lower and Upper Keys. I am a West Virginia native and a forever Mountaineer. I moved to the keys seeking a slower pace of life and found my dream home, as well as a wonderful new community to be a part of. With my experience as a transplant to the area, I am familiar with the anxiety and uncertainty that comes with moving to the Florida Keys from out of state. As well as the concern of choosing the right property in the right location, due to each area of the keys being so unique. I take pride in my role as a real estate agent, and truly enjoy assisting my clients with whatever their real estate goals may be: selling their property for the most ideal price, navigating the complexities of the home buying/selling process, finding their dream home, or locating an amazing full-time investment property.
